I utilize my unique combination of nutrition and culinary knowledge to assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal health.  For many people, having a health condition that has unique dietary needs can feel overwhelming and very frustrating. Being a registered and licensed dietitian, I have the training and knowledge to help people create menus so they eat in a way that supports their health. Being a classically trained chef, I can teach anyone how to cook so they can enjoy their food and eat with confidence.

Food and nutrition are critical for wellness and prevention of chronic disease.  Nutritional guidance is most effective in helping you learn how to prevent disease.  Based on food intake and available lab information, I work with you to formulate a plan for any changes that could help prevent chronic disease.
